HESPERIA 19, RIM OF THE WORLD 2: At Hesperia, the Scorpions crushed the Scots in their Mojave River League finale.
Hesperia (17-8, 8-4 MRL) rebounded from a 10-6 loss to Rim of the World on Tuesday that dropped them from a first-place tie with Sultana. The Scorpions finished league play in second place.
On Thursday, Chris Martini went 4-for-4 with three RBIs. Will Kocot 3-for-4 with four RBIs, and Kyle Bussey went 4-for-5 with three RBIs
