COUGARS FALL SHORT: At Long Beach, no Granite Hills swimmers advanced from the CIF-Southern Section Division Championships at Belmont Plaza to the Masters Meet.
Brianna Bebb finished seventh in the 100-meter breaststroke with a time of 1 minute, 10.62 seconds and 10th in the 100 freestyle (55.52). Kelsey Parsons was 14th in the 100 butterfly (1:04.47) and Caitlin McCurley was 14th in the 100 breaststroke (1:13.05). The 4x100 freestyle relay team consisting of Hannah Fortin, Leslie Shaver, Parsons and Bebb was 15th (3:58.60).
The top 24 regardless of the division advanced to the Masters meet.
